We are currently recruiting for a confident Administrator to work for a lovely Southampton based company. Although the company has a number of offices, this is a relatively small office where you will be working in a small team. The role will involve providing support to project managers, researching, chasing information and ensuring that everything is in place for the project to run smoothly. The office atmosphere is very professional but relaxed at the same time. This role requires someone who enjoys managing their own workload and is capable of working under pressure.

Job Role

This is a busy role where you will be required to manage the project documents. Identifying documentation requirements and submitting documentation to the relevant clients within prescribed timescales. You will be required to liaise with a number of key stakeholders both internally and externally and will be chasing information to ensure that project packs are complete. You will be required to use the standard Microsoft packages so must have ability in this area. There will be lots of autonomy within the role so you can really take ownership for your work.

The Ideal Candidate

In order to be considered for this role you will need to have good administration skills. You will need to be able to pick things up quickly and have a good level of computer literacy. Accuracy is a vital in this position so you will need a keen eye for detail. It is also vital that you can manage your own workload and multi - task when necessary. Strong communication skills and the ability to chase for information is really important.
