Project Administrator - Chandlers Ford - Full time hours - Hybrid temporary role for 3 months - £18 per hour - Immediate start

We are excited to partner with a globally renowned brand seeking an experienced project manager to lead one of their upcoming, dynamic projects.

This proactive role offers extensive exposure to all business areas and entails ensuring successful campaign launches while keeping stakeholders informed at every stage

Project Administrator duties include:

  • Manage the organisation, tracking, and preparation of all samples required for photo and video shoots.
  • Ensure samples are delivered on time and in excellent condition
  • Assist Content Managers with content production including managing graphic content briefs, project taking end-to-end responsibility
  • Asset system management
  • Batch production of automated assets
  • Support Head of content with setting up calendars, campaign setup and management, and distribution of reports

Previous experience required

  • Project Management - Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative Execution - Experience managing marketing campaigns (not essential)
  • Analytical & Data-Driven Decision Making - Comfortable using insights tools
  • The confidence to present and communicate to stakeholders.
  • Office & excel skills a must Proactive - taking responsibility to get things done and willing to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in
  • Innovative - enjoying figuring out new tech, testing, learning and trying new things
