  • Applicants should possess excellent organizational and time-management skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus, and previous experience is preferred.

Our client specialises in delivering underwater engineering solutions to the maritime industry, with a primary focus on supporting the MOD.
Both roles will provide essential support to a small, but busy Operations team.

Your background in administration and/or project coordination will determine what role you are most suited too.

Day to Day duties may include, but not limited to:

  • Raising invoices and PO's
  • Managing timesheets
  • Preparing job files
  • Preparing on-site documentation
  • Liaising with employee & subcontracted divers
  • Booking and planning hotels/flights
  • Keeping job file records up to date
  • Completing Reports
  • Attend Operations Meeting

Key Requirements:

  • Strong administrative and/or coordination skills with experience in similar roles/industries
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with Microsoft Dynamics would be beneficial but not essential
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills

Contract Details:

  • Hours: Standard hours are 9:00 - 5:30 (though can be flexible)
  • Work Environment: Initially 100% office-based for training, moving to working from home one day a week after the training period (subject to agreement with the manager)

Hourly Rate: 14-15/h plus holiday pay which can be accrued or advanced

Both roles are initially temporary but with a view to going permanent, project dependant.
