The Little Barn Door Operations Manager leads and coordinates its national team in delivering home staging projects across the UK. This role requires a strategic leader with a proven ability to manage teams for success, streamline processes, and drive operational improvements in a fast-paced, creative environment. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, a passion for delivering exceptional service, and the ability to adapt to change while ensuring the smooth execution of client projects. What tasks does the role include?

  • Team Leadership:

    • Manage and lead a team of client support and project coordinators, other office based and remote team members and national home staging installers, ensuring each team member is supported, motivated, and empowered to deliver their best work.

  • Project Management:

    • Oversee the planning, coordination, and successful execution of multiple home staging projects across the UK. Ensure timely delivery of services to clients, managing resources efficiently to meet deadlines and exceed client expectations.

  • Client Focused:

    • Oversee all client activities, act as the main point of contact for key clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and exceptional service. Build strong, lasting relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.

  • Process Improvement & Change Management:

    • Drive process improvements and introduce innovative strategies to streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve service delivery. Be comfortable making necessary changes to scale operations and meet business growth objectives.

  • Collaboration:

    • Work closely with the Staging Design Manager, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure a cohesive strategy and alignment of goals across the business.

    • Work collaboratively with all areas of the business to boost brand awareness, lead generation and business development activities.

  • Operational Oversight:

    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring all aspects of staging projects are running smoothly and efficiently, from inventory management to scheduling and logistics.

  • KPI & Performance Management:

    • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the operations team, ensuring team goals align with overall business objectives. Provide regular feedback and reporting on performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • Experience:Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management, ideally within a property or service based industry. Experience managing national teams and coordinating multi-location projects is essential.

  • Leadership Skills:Proven track record of leading teams to success, with strong people management skills and a passion for developing talent.

  • Client-Focused:A client-first approach, with a deep understanding of the importance of delivering high-quality service to drive client satisfaction and loyalty.
