Our clients are looking for an Office Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis with the potential to become permanent. This role is ideal for someone who is just getting started in their career, computer literate, and eager to learn. You will receive full training and have the opportunity to assist in various areas such as accounting, estimating, and general office administration. The start date is ASAP, and we will be looking to arrange interviews immediately.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Support the team with general office administration tasks.
  • Manage data entry tasks
  • Process invoices from wholesalers and suppliers, ensuring they are correctly marked with CIS, VAT, etc.
  • Assist with payroll and manage basic timesheets sent in by employees, allocating them to the correct jobs.
  • Oversee vehicle checks and maintenance records.
  • Work under the guidance of the office manager to ensure smooth operations within the office.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Some administrative experience is preferred but not essential.
  • Ability to navigate computer systems confidently.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
  • Good attention to detail and ability to work with numbers.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team player.
