If you're looking for a new challenge in a company that truly values its employees, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!This role will be working in a practice and managing clients’ accounts which will include; bank reconciliation, credit control, accounts payable, balance sheet and month end reporting and payroll for both temporary and permanent staff. A huge variety with a passionate and well organised team!! The role of a Payroll Assistant:
  • Assist in processing payroll for all externally employees accurately and on time
  • Review timesheets, work schedules, and overtime reports
  • Maintain and update employee records related to pay, deductions, and benefits
  • Process new hire, termination, and leave paperwork
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and report filings
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee enquiries
  • Prepare and maintain payroll reports for internal and external auditing purposes
  • Support year-end payroll processing and tax filings
  • Assist with other payroll-related administrative tasks as required
