If so, we have a great opportunity for you to join our Facilities team as a Facilities Compliance Officer.  
 
What does this role involve?  

As a Facilities Compliance Officer you will play an integral part in supporting our facilities team to ensure we remain compliant to regulatory standards. 

Day to day you will:  

  • manage the facilities ticketing system by overseeing internal and external queries;  

  • ensure the completion of contracted jobs; 

  • liaise with internal and external suppliers/ contractors to ensure compliance; 

  • conduct audits and reports to identify areas of further training or remedial works. 

Who are we looking for?  

You will have exceptional problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail. A fundamental understanding in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel are essential.  

You will have strong organisational skills as well as being able to build stakeholder relationships across the group. 

Previous experience within facilities management would be advantageous but not mandatory.
