Recruitment Consultant

Salary flexible dependent on experience - £25,000- £27,000 plus bonus

Company Overview
1to1 Group, a boutique recruitment agency, based in Fishers Pond in a rural office are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to work in our small commercial team.

Hours 9-5pm Monday to Thursday, finish at 4pm on Fridays - laptop and mobile phone provided to provide support out of office hours to make sure we fill roles to match our candidates or clients needs.

Essential - car owner/driver as the location is remote and also we do meet our customers and candidates locally from time to time.

Experience - ideally at least 6 months experience in a recruitment or resourcing role, alternatively experience in a sales or estate agency background or account management role. You will have existing accounts to keep in contact with, but there is no cold calling. 1to1 Group are well established and have excellent relationships with customers.

This role will involve on the job training to work in the 1to1 way, however, the right attitude and personality are key to working with us.

The role does involve entering information on to databases and sending emails and therefore excellent written skills are essential.
