The Role
- Attract and assess candidates for technology and engineering roles.
- Use Boolean search and other creative sourcing techniques to find suitable candidates.
- Write well-crafted job adverts, manage LinkedIn projects, and guide candidates through the recruitment process.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle-from job qualification to candidate placement.
- Ask loads of questions!
What We Offer:
- Salary, Commission & Bonus: 25-30k base + commission (250 per contract placement, 400 per permanent placement) + quarterly bonus scheme
- Flexible Working: Core hours from 10 am to 4 pm, with the option to work from home on Fridays and a 4 pm finish.
