- Manage the full recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate journey.
- Work closely with Hiring Managers to understand their specific role requirements and deliver tailored recruitment strategies.
- Create detailed job descriptions and engaging adverts that reflect the company’s standards and values.
- Provide 1:1 coaching and training sessions to Hiring Managers, supporting their development in recruitment best practices.
- Lead Competency-Based interviewing techniques to ensure high-quality candidate selection.
- Network on various platforms to attract top talent and ensure a competitive hiring edge.
- Support and streamline the recruitment process via the ATS system, enhancing efficiency for both Hiring Managers and candidates.
- A strong understanding of recruitment best practices with at least 2 years' experience in a busy, high-pressure internal recruitment or HR environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- IT proficient, with experience using recruitment databases.
- Collaborative, flexible, and proactive, able to manage changing priorities and work well under pressure.
