Talent Acquisition Advisor£30,695 (plus company bonus and benefits)Full time – Monday to Friday (Hybrid after probation/training period)Location: Chandlers Ford, HampshireOn behalf of our client, we are hiring an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate journey.
  • Work closely with Hiring Managers to understand their specific role requirements and deliver tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Create detailed job descriptions and engaging adverts that reflect the company’s standards and values.
  • Provide 1:1 coaching and training sessions to Hiring Managers, supporting their development in recruitment best practices.
  • Lead Competency-Based interviewing techniques to ensure high-quality candidate selection.
  • Network on various platforms to attract top talent and ensure a competitive hiring edge.
  • Support and streamline the recruitment process via the ATS system, enhancing efficiency for both Hiring Managers and candidates.
Ideal Candidate:
  • A strong understanding of recruitment best practices with at least 2 years' experience in a busy, high-pressure internal recruitment or HR environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • IT proficient, with experience using recruitment databases.
  • Collaborative, flexible, and proactive, able to manage changing priorities and work well under pressure.
