Responsibilities of a Junior Finance Assistant
- Purchase Ledger
- Credit / Bank reconciliations
- Data entry
- Record-keeping
- Financial analysis
- Identifying when help is needed among colleagues
Experience
- Previous experience in a finance / accounting
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
