About the Role:

• Supporting students across KS3 and KS4 with behavioural, emotional, and social needs
• Working closely with the school’s pastoral team to implement effective behaviour management strategies
• Acting as a positive role model and encouraging engagement both inside and outside the classroom
• Helping create a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment
