The Role:

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with EHCPs (Education, Health, and Care Plans), which may include learners with ASD, ADHD, or Speech & Language Difficulties.
Assist in implementing tailored support plans to meet individual needs.
Collaborate with teaching staff and the SENCO to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
Offer emotional and behavioural support, fostering confidence and independence in students.
Adapt learning materials and resources to suit individual abilities and requirements.

Requirements:

Previous experience supporting children or young people with SEN is desirable.
