- To over see the purchasing and logistics team to ensure all stock is monitored correctly and ordered when required
- To work closely with stakeholders to ensure we have obtained the best prices
- To carry out 121鈥檚 and appraisals with your team to drive performance
- To manage the purchasing criteria policy
- To work closely with teams to ensure that stock is returned from leavers and stock is in place for new starters
- Review key vendors and negotiate prices whilst maintaining high service delivery
- MUST have strong negotiation skills!!
- To carry out audits to ensure all compliance and procedures are followed
- To work within agreed KPI鈥檚 and SLA鈥檚
