We are looking for a skilled Vehicle Technician / Car Mechanic to join our team at a leading used car sales company in Pershore, Worcestershire. This is a permanent, full-time role with a competitive salary and a bonus structure, offering an excellent opportunity to apply your expertise in a dynamic and growing business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fault finding and rectification on a wide variety of vehicles.
- Performing mechanical inspections to identify issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Servicing vehicles, including oil changes, brake checks, and routine maintenance.
- Carrying out diagnostic testing to pinpoint mechanical and electrical issues.
- Repairing and replacing faulty components as required.
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard, adhering to company procedures and safety guidelines.
- Keeping accurate records of work carried out and parts used.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or Car Mechanic.
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills across a variety of vehicles.
- Ability to work on mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic systems.
- A passion for the automotive industry with a commitment to quality and efficiency.
- All skill levels considered - whether you're newly qualified or have years of experience, we'd love to hear from you!
- Relevant automotive qualifications (NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent) are desirable but not essential.
- Full UK driving license (required).
