Robert Half Talent Solutions are seeking a Cost Accountant for a growing organisation near Merthyr Tydfil.
The Cost Accountant will have full ownership of product costing for the organisation.
- Acting as a trusted partner to key stakeholders in the Operations and R&D functions
- Compilation and reporting of relevant Operational KPI's
- Reconciliation of stock
- Preparation of manufacturing variance reports and analysis of key drivers, articulation of insights to key stakeholders
- Preparation of monthly management accounts and analysis of variances to budget/forecast
- Preparation of balance sheet reconciliations as part of the month end close process
- Finance lead on biannual stock checks
- Cost centre accounting - monthly reporting and analysis of variances to budget/forecast
- Supporting forecast/budget processes
On offer:
A salary of to £55,00 plus benefits package.
