Production OperativePay Rate - £15.15 per hourLocation - Ebbw Vale, NP23 We are seeking motivated and reliable Production Operatives to join our clients' team in a roof tile manufacturing environment. The role involves loading press machines, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining high safety and quality standards. Reporting to - Production ManagerType of Contract - Temporary Key Responsibilities of Production Operative:* Load raw materials into press machines according to production schedules.* Monitor the operation of press machines to ensure consistent production output.* Conduct basic quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with company standards.* Report any machinery issues or production delays to the supervisor.* Follow health and safety guidelines, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).* Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the work area.* Support other production tasks as required.Requirements of Production Operative:* Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred but not essential (training provided).* Basic understanding of health and safety in a factory setting.* Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks.* Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.* Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.If you're enthusiastic about the position but find that your experience or skills don't align perfectly with the listed requirements, we encourage you to still apply.
