Job Description:We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with a specific student who requires additional support, ensuring they can access the curriculum and fully engage in school life. This role will involve working closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to provide tailored support that meets the students individual needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 support to a student
Assist with classroom activities, adapting resources and strategies to meet the students needs.
Support the student's social and emotional development.
Implement and follow individual education plans (IEPs) or other tailored support strategies.
Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and external professionals to ensure effective support.
Encourage and promote independence and confidence in learning.
Monitor and report progress to relevant staff members.
Provide support during break times and transitions as required.

The Ideal Candidate should have experience working with children, particularly those with additional needs, we are looking for someone who can be patient, empathetic, and have a positive approach to supporting children and posses strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to adapt to the changing needs of the student and the school.
