About the Role:
As the Children's Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and leadership of a residential children's home. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring compliance with OFSTED regulations and maintaining high standards of care and safeguarding.
- Leading and managing the staff team, including recruitment, training, supervision, and performance management.
- Developing and implementing care plans that meet the individual needs of each child, promoting their welfare and development.
- Managing budgets and resources effectively to ensure the smooth running of the home.
- Building strong relationships with external agencies, families, and the local community.

- Excellent understanding of OFSTED regulations and quality standards.
- Relevant qualifications such as NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare.
