Key Responsibilities:
As a Trainee Estimator, you will work closely with our Senior Estimators to support the estimation process for scaffolding projects. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with the preparation of accurate and competitive estimates for scaffolding projects.
- Collaborating with senior team members to review project specifications, drawings, and client requirements.
- Using estimating software and tools to develop project cost estimates.
- Learning to analyze labor, material, and equipment costs to determine project pricing.
- Supporting the development of proposals and bids for potential projects.
- Participating in regular training and skill development sessions.
This is an entry level position so qualifications are not essential but must have the following skills
- A strong desire to learn and grow
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of construction and scaffolding(preferred but not required).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate work.
