Role Overview:
The MEICA Manager will oversee the full life cycle of MEICA (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Control, and Automation) delivery at the site, working with operational teams on design, construction, and commissioning of water supply and wastewater treatment projects. The position involves leadership in both design and construction phases, ensuring quality, consistency, and compliance with technical standards, and reporting to senior management on progress, risks, and issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full responsibility for MEICA quality and project delivery.
  • Oversee design and construction, working closely with project engineers and supply chain.
  • Develop MEICA procurement strategy.
  • Ensure all work aligns with National and Local Technical Standards.
  • Identify potential risks and implement risk mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and Environmental policies.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience managing large MEICA teams and overseeing projects in the water supply industry.
  • Strong understanding of construction contract law.
