Madisons Recruitment are recruiting for a Multi Trader to start as soon as possible in Manchester.
Responsibilities
- Execute a variety of tasks, including joinery, plastering, tiling, plumbing, plaster patch and tiling
- Complete repairs, maintenance, and renovations on commercial properties.
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, on time, and within project specifications.
- Maintain clear and courteous communication with clients and team members.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations on-site.
Requirements
- CSCS Card
- Own tools van & PPE
- Full UK Driving License
- Proven experience in multiple trades (e.g., carpentry, plumbing, tiling, plastering, etc.)
- Experience with domestic and commercial insurance work preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
