In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for creating detailed drawings and plans using CAD software, ensuring compliance with design specifications and industry standards. You will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to facilitate the seamless execution of housing projects from conception through to completion. Your expertise in CAD will be critical in delivering precise plans that meet both aesthetic and functional requirements, contributing to the successful delivery of high-quality housing solutions.
- Proven experience as a CAD Technician, specifically within the housing sector.
- Strong proficiency in CAD software, with a solid understanding of design principles and construction techniques.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with team members and stakeholders.
- Qualifications in a relevant field, such as Architecture, Engineering, or Design. as well as REVIT would be advantageous.
