Job Title: Proposals Lead Engineer
Location: Kent (Hybrid Working)
Salary: £55,000 – £70,000 per annum
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
We’re seeking a Proposals Lead Engineer to join our client’s team in the water infrastructure sector. This is a permanent opportunity offering hybrid working and the chance to lead high-value projects in a rewarding and forward-thinking environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead constructability coordination with delivery teams
- Ensure resource planning is aligned with regional needs
- Manage all aspects of project proposals (scope, budget, timeline, risks, and quality)
- Promote and enforce Health & Safety standards
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders on permits, planning, and project scope
Candidate Requirements
- Degree or HND in Civil Engineering (with relevant training)
- Proven Project Manager / Senior Agent experience
- Background in D&B projects (civils and MEICA)
- Excellent leadership and project planning skills
- Strong understanding of contract law and construction best practice
- Competence in MS Word, Excel, Primavera, and document control
- CSCS Card and H&S/Environmental certifications
