We’re seeking a Proposals Lead Engineer to join our client’s team in the water infrastructure sector. This is a permanent opportunity offering hybrid working and the chance to lead high-value projects in a rewarding and forward-thinking environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead constructability coordination with delivery teams
  • Ensure resource planning is aligned with regional needs
  • Manage all aspects of project proposals (scope, budget, timeline, risks, and quality)
  • Promote and enforce Health & Safety standards
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders on permits, planning, and project scope

 

Candidate Requirements

  • Degree or HND in Civil Engineering (with relevant training)
  • Proven Project Manager / Senior Agent experience
  • Background in D&B projects (civils and MEICA)
  • Excellent leadership and project planning skills
  • Strong understanding of contract law and construction best practice
  • Competence in MS Word, Excel, Primavera, and document control
  • CSCS Card and H&S/Environmental certifications
