Salary:£28000 - £28000 per annum
Job Duties:- Assist Independent Financial Advisers (IFAs) in administrative tasks
- Prepare and process client documentation
- Handle client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
- Support IFAs in preparing financial reports and presentations
- Coordinate appointments and manage calendars
- Assist in marketing and client communication activities
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Previous experience in a similar administrative role within the financial services sector
Knowledge and Skills:- Understanding of financial products and services
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the financial industry
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Standard office hours, Monday to Friday
- Occasional overtime may be required during busy periods
- Professional office environment
