For the successful Trainee Recruitment Consultant, we are offering:

£23,337.60 to £26,000 per annum DOE (With an Uncapped Commission Structure).
Monday to Friday (8am to 5.30pm).

The Role - Trainee Recruitment Consultant:

Providing a consultative approach to support our clients.
Building lasting relations with customers and networking through the businesses.
Sourcing and screening candidates for a range of positions.
Spending a lot of time on the phone screening a minimum of 15 candidates daily and matching them to their ideal jobs.
Recording accurate data within the system and creating CV's.

What we are looking for in a Trainee Recruitment Consultant:

A highly motivated individual with proven customer service, sales, account management or call centre experience - ESSENTIAL.
Valid driving license - ESSENTIAL.
Ability to multitask and problem-solve.
An excellent communicator, both written and verbal.
Strong PC skills and the ability to record accurate data.
