IT Service Delivery Manager paying up to 70,000 per annum based in Cheshire, with an element of Hybrid Working.
Our client, a leading organisation based in Cheshire, is seeking an experienced IT Service Delivery Manager to join their dynamic IT team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to lead and manage a team of 20 IT professionals, supporting a diverse user base of 1200.
Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the IT Service Desk
Managing a team of 20 IT professionals
Leading and executing IT projects
Ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met
Identifying and resolving IT issues and incidents
Implementing and maintaining IT policies and procedures
Collaborating with key stakeholders to understand business requirements
Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience as an IT Service Delivery Manager or similar role
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
In-depth knowledge of ITIL frameworks
Experience with IT service management tools
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
The Role:
This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility to work both remotely and on-site. However, due to the nature of the role, a significant portion of the work will be site-based.
