This independently run country pub is in a stunning location and has a beautiful garden for the summer months. They have built up a very successful business and are currently looking to expand on this, so as a result are looking for a talented Sous Chef to join the team.

There is a small brigade of chefs preparing much of the menu from fresh, seasonal produce. These include a mix of both modern and traditional British cuisine with some international influences.
As Sous Chef you will be involved in all aspects of the day to day running of the kitchen including menu design, stock control, ordering, training and motivating the junior members of the team and full responsibility in the Kitchen Managers absence. This is a high volume, fast paced kitchen so experience within a similar establishment would be essential.
