Location: Edenbridge, Kent (Hybrid  Working – 1 day work from home)

Are you a highly organised Production Planner with a passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement?
We're working with a forward-thinking, employee-owned packaging company that partners with brands to deliver innovative, eye-catching packaging solutions. Due to continued growth, they’re looking to bring a new Production Planner into their collaborative and fast-paced team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Creating and managing detailed production schedules based on customer orders, stock levels, and machine capacity.
  • Ensuring deadlines are met while maximising machine efficiency and reducing downtime.
  • Monitoring work-in-progress and updating plans based on changing priorities.
  • Collaborating with sales, procurement, and production to ensure alignment between schedules, material availability, and customer requirements.
  • Communicating updates and any delays to stakeholders.
  • Identifying areas to improve workflow and reduce waste.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience within print packaging or a related production environment (litho/digital print desirable).
  • A good grasp of production planning tools, scheduling software, and ERP/MRP systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Confident communicator and team player.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • 2 years in a production planning role, ideally within print or packaging, but other FMCG sectors considered
