Sonic Summary

Term Time Teachers is seeking experienced and compassionate SEN Teachers for flexible supply roles across various locations including Tunbridge Wells and Tonbridge.
The position requires Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
SEN Teachers will deliver customized lessons and support individual learning plans for students with diverse learning difficulties such as autism and ADHD.

Term Time Teachers are looking for experienced and compassionate SEN Teachers to join our team on a flexible supply basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a diverse group of students and play a key role in positively shaping their educational experiences.

We collaborate with schools across Tunbridge Wells, Tonbridge, Sevenoaks, Crowborough, Cranbrook, Edenbridge, and Lingfield.

Key Responsibilities as a SEN Teacher:

Deliver customised lessons and interventions for students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
Collaborate with the SENCO and teaching staff to support individual learning plans.
Tailor lesson content and teaching methods to meet the needs of students with various learning difficulties, such as autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and emotional/behavioural challenges.
Create a safe, supportive, and engaging classroom environment.
Track and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback to the SENCO.
Support students in both their academic and social/emotional development.

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience working with children with Special Educational Needs, either in a classroom or support role.
Strong understanding of SEN provisions, including the ability to differentiate lessons and materials.
Patience, empathy, and a passion for making a difference in the lives of children with additional needs.
