Our client is an Apple Authorised Service Provider based in Edenbridge, Kent. They specialise in diagnosing and repairing Apple Mac, iPhone, and other Apple devices. The Role

Within this opportunity, you'll play a vital role in diagnosing and repairing Apple devices in our client's busy repair centre. You'll be responsible for ensuring each repair meets Apple's strict diagnostic standards, and you'll also liaise with customers to provide top-notch service. Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose faults and repair Apple devices (Mac, iPhone, etc.)
  • Follow Apples diagnostic processes to ensure repairs are successful
  • Perform relevant administrative tasks related to the repair process
  • Provide IT support via phone and remote access
  • Deliver exceptional customer service in person and over the phone
