Salary: £24,000 per annum + excellent benefits including gym membership, free parking, company bonus , company social events ++

Hours: 9-5.30pm Mon-Fri, Office Based.

Based: Edenbridge - Car/Driver required due to location.

Are you a proactive and resourceful individual with excellent communication skills? Are you proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook? If so, our client is seeking a talented Office Administrator / Office Trainee to join their dynamic team and support their projects and learn and develop within their supportive environment. �?

?? In this role, you will work alongside the Lead Project Support/Admin to gain familiarity with client's procedures and receive in-house training. Your attention to detail will be crucial as you review and proofread reports and fee proposal documents. Additionally, you'll be responsible for managing emails, raising purchase and supply orders, and making travel reservations for the team, researching for the best prices and managing the reservations. ??

?? What You'll Do:

  • Review and format various reports (Training provided)
  • Manage emails, ensuring proper filing and responding as necessary.
  • Raise Purchase and Supply Orders and maintain accurate records to pass over to the Accounts department.
  • Book flights, hotels, and car hire for the department (Training provided)
  • Provide general support to the project team.
  • Answer phone calls, redirecting calls and taking messages.
  • Manage office supplies, including stationery, tea, and coffee.

?? What You Need:

  • Proficient use of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Attention to detail for reviewing and proofreading reports and fee proposal documents.
  • Competency in using the internet for research and making travel reservations.
  • Confident and friendly manner with excellent communication skills.
  • Comfortable with multitasking and working within a team.
  • Proactive and resourceful with problem-solving abilities.
