Rikama Education Ltd are currently working with a number of SEN Schools in West Kent who are looking to recruit professional, hard-working and motivated Teaching Assistants.

We are looking for driven individuals with a passion for helping others within an educational environment. The ideal candidate will work well as part of a team and show a keen interest in working with the lead teacher to plan, prepare and deliver tailored lessons for students with a range of needs including ASD and SEMH.

As a SEN Teaching Assistant your responsibilities include:
- To provide a safe, supportive and nurturing learning environment
- Support children with special educational needs and diverse learning styles.
- Track and monitor student progression
- Adhere to safeguarding policies and procedures.
- To assistant with the planning, preparation and delivery of lessons

The right candidate MUST have:
- Experience of working with children or young adults
- Knowledge of working with a range of additional needs including ASD and SEMH.
- A full RTW in the UK
