Responsibilities as a SEN Teacher:

  • Implement personalized learning plans and adapt teaching materials to meet the needs of individual students.
  • Apply behaviour management strategies to support students' development.
  • Create a nurturing, inclusive, and positive classroom environment.
  • Track and monitor student progress.
  • Collaborate with teachers, teaching assistants, and parents to support student development.

Requirements as a SEN Teacher:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Flexibility and creativity in adapting to the diverse needs of students.
  • Experience with special educational needs (desirable but not essential).
