Responsibilities as a SEN Teacher:

Implement personalized learning plans and adapt teaching materials to meet the needs of individual students.
Apply behaviour management strategies to support students' development.
Create a nurturing, inclusive, and positive classroom environment.
Track and monitor student progress.
Collaborate with teachers, teaching assistants, and parents to support student development.

Requirements as a SEN Teacher:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Flexibility and creativity in adapting to the diverse needs of students.
Experience with special educational needs (desirable but not essential).
