Mechanical Project Manager

With their Offices based in Surrey, the company are a leading, long-established and very successful M&E Building Services contractor who provide a full range of Mechanical and Electrical services predominantly within the high-end residential sector, from design through to installation and commissioning, and as a result of continued growth an excellent opportunity has arisen for a Mechanical Project Manager to join the team.

As a Mechanical Project Manager, you will oversee and manage mechanical projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Duties:

  • Directly manage project development from start to finish, having responsibility and accountability for all aspects of the project
  • Design review
  • Procurement of plant, materials & labour
  • Technical Submittals
  • Overall Cost Management
  • Managing the engineering input into the project strategy
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise
  • Conduct regular site visits and inspections
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations throughout the projectlife-cycle
  • Reporting into the Directors

Experience Required:

  • Significant experience operating as a Mechanical Project Manager or similar role, i.e. Mechanical Contracts Manager, M&E Contracts Manager
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering Mechanical projects within the residential sector

Remuneration Package:

70,000 to 75,000 according to experience, plus travel expenses and benefits.
