My client is seeking an experienced Maintenance Operative for a 12-month contract in Edgware.
The role involves basic maintenance and repairs, including reactive and pre-planned tasks.
Candidates should possess basic carpentry skills, as well as painting and decorating abilities.
All necessary tools and materials will be provided, and no driving is required as all flats are located within the same complex.
