Overview:
Working for a leading hospitality sector training provider, you will support hospitality professionals achieve qualifications at levels 2/3. You will receive a holistic induction and ongoing training to support your transition into the training sector.
A typical week:
- Manage & support a caseload of learners
- Deliver face to face & online coaching
- Engage with internal & external stakeholders
- Plan & deliver engaging training sessions
You'll need the following:
- 4 years Hotel/Accommodation Front of House experience
- Hospitality Team Leader experience
- Interest or experience in teaching/training
- Car driver
- Level 2 in Hospitality (desirable)
