Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls and emails from customers across various campaigns.
- Efficiently handle customer emails and tickets.
- Meet campaign targets related to speed of answer and call management.
- Manage varying call volumes with professionalism.
- Resolve customer issues positively while maintaining a friendly demeanour.
- Follow scripts and call flows accurately.
- Utilise client and web-based systems for effective customer call handling.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure timely responses and minimal queues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Perform administrative tasks, including email responses.
Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
- Fluent in English with a good understanding of native dialects.
- Excellent communication skills with a confident telephone manner.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Reliable with exceptional time-keeping skills.
- Proven experience in an inbound call centre environment.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Good numeracy and IT skills.
