Job Purpose
- Lead all activity relating to the preparation of statutory accounts for a varied portfolio of clients.
- Supervise staff and oversee workflow.
- Preparation and review of management accounts for a varied portfolio of clients.
- Prepare financial statements through close partnerships with clients.
- Preparation and review of reconciliation of VAT Returns.
- Preparation and review of reconciliation of rental accounts.
- Preparation and review of tax computations.
- Providing business set up services.
- Ad hoc client queries and problem solving.
- Provide detailed analysis for Partners to review before client meetings.
- Deliver valued input on the financial goals and performance of the business.
- Nurture and coach the junior team.
- Build trusted and long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Showcasing a thirst for knowledge and the ability to apply new learning to the evolution of services.
- Support Managers and Partners with ad hoc duties as required.

Job Requirements
- ACCA, ACA or CA qualified, a finalist or QBE with at least 3 years’ previous experience in a similar role.
- Experience of supervising a team.
- Confident and socially outgoing.
- Adaptable, organised and conscientious.
- Resilience.
- Friendly nature and easy to talk to.
- Excellent communication and advisory skills, both verbal and written.
- Good attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Self-motivated and highly organised.
- A team player able to bring out the best in others.
- Able to confidently work closely with Partners.
