My client a forward-thinking wealth management firm is looking for a Financial Administrator who will particularly focus on pre-meeting client duties. This role is critical in ensuring the seamless preparation and organisation of client-related activities ahead of advisor meetings.

Key Responsibilities: Financial Administrator

  • Client Information Management:
    • Updating and maintaining client records in the CRM system.
    • Gathering and verifying client information, including financial documents and personal details.
  • Meeting Preparation:
    • Preparing client review packs, including investment summaries, policy details, and portfolio performance reports.
    • Liaising with financial providers to obtain up-to-date valuations and relevant documentation.
  • Compliance Checks:
    • Ensuring all required documentation and compliance checks are completed prior to meetings.
    • Following up on outstanding client information or paperwork.
  • Coordination and Support:
    • Scheduling client meetings and sending confirmation emails with necessary details.
    • Preparing meeting agendas in coordination with advisors to ensure all client concerns are addressed.

This role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work efficiently to meet deadlines. Experience in financial services administration and familiarity with compliance regulations would be advantageous but is not essential.
