My client a forward-thinking wealth management firm is looking for a Financial Administrator who will particularly focus on pre-meeting client duties. This role is critical in ensuring the seamless preparation and organisation of client-related activities ahead of advisor meetings.

My client a forward-thinking and innovative wealth management firm is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Wealth Planningng candidate to join their team. As a key member of our Paraplanning function, you will be responsible for managing a team of professionals who provide a highly personal service to private clients and families.

Head of Planning:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Paraplanning, with experience in leading and developing teams, managing workflows, and driving business improvement initiatives. You will also need to have a Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent, in-depth knowledge of Paraplanning processes, and understanding of Paraplanning at Artemis Recruitment Consultants Ltd.

This role requires strong leadership and coaching skills, as well as attention to detail, planning and organisation, open communication, and initiative. You will be responsible for:

  • Managing workflow capacity (in-house and outsource) and on weekly teamwork allocation
  • Performing quality assurance checks to ensure the highest quality of work across the board
  • Liaising with the team to ensure regulatory requirements are understood and embedded
  • Driving improvement of the paraplanning process and contributing to a continuous improvement culture
  • Meeting Quality of Documentation (QoD) targets and other KPIs
  • Contributing to operational processes and quality improvement initiatives
  • Facilitating training
  • Liaising with Advisers and communicating case updates and required information
  • Liaising with Administration Teams as needed
  • Providing guidance to junior members of the team and taking a mentoring approach to support Junior Paraplanners
