An award winning Estate Agency based in Edgware is recruiting for an Administrator to support their Managing Director and team.
Key Requirements
- Impeccable written and spoken English
- Knowledge of Microsoft packages.
- Demonstrable Customer Service experience
- Ability to prioritise work effectively
- Be able to think on your feet and be reactive to situations as they arise in a calm and professional manner
- Be able to work alone and on own initiative as well as within a team
Key responsibilities and duties of this role include:
- Reporting to the Director,
- Answering phones
- Various administrative tasks
- Banking
- Updating software systems
- Liaising & Providing information to Bookkeeper for all companies
- Liaising & Providing information to Accountants for all companies
- Arranging and liaising with various Insurance companies for renewals & claims
- Companies House - filing dormant accounts
- Companies House - Updates as required
- Companies House - confirmation statements
- Coordinating contractors and liaising with various staff
- Daily meetings with the Contractor teams
o Giving support to the team
o Setting agendas to the team
o Managing finances of the team
o Calculating the commission of the team
- Billing contractors from MRI software systems
- Paying contractors / office bills
- Paying staff
- achieving targets and standards set
- Authorise contractor invoices
