What You'll Do:

Deliver Complete Customer Satisfaction:

Understand and enhance the customer journey with unrivalled service.
Provide clear, accurate estimates for parts, outlining costs and timescales.
Recommend extra parts, accessories, and services to enhance the customer's experience.

Work as a Team Player:

Coordinate with the Service Department for timely parts deliveries.
Introduce customers to relevant service team members when additional work is required.

Comply with Standards:

Ensure parts are ordered promptly and customers are informed when parts arrive.
Follow all company policies, trade association standards, and statutory requirements, including health and safety.
