We are currently seeking a compassionate and professional individual to join our Funeral Director client based in North London. The ideal candidate will be responsible for background funeral operations, overseeing funeral arrangements and providing support to bereaved families during their time of need.

Duties:

- Meet with families to discuss funeral arrangements, including choice of casket, flowers, and service details- Provide emotional support and guidance to grieving families- Prepare the deceased for viewing, ensuring they are presented respectfully- Ensure all legal requirements are met for burials or cremations- Manage administrative tasks such as completing death certificates and obtaining permits

Experience:

- Preferably previous experience working in a funeral home or similar setting- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail- Empathy and compassion when dealing with grieving families
