Clinic Supervisor – Private Healthcare Clinic – Edgware, HA8
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:30 (47.5 hours/week including 1-hour lunch break)

We are currently recruiting for a Clinic Supervisor to join a prestigious private health clinic located in Edgware, HA8. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to play a key role in the daily operations of a well-regarded healthcare facility.

About the Role

As a Clinic Supervisor, you will report directly to the Clinic Manager and oversee a team of administrators and administrative assistants. This hands-on role requires a proactive and organised individual with strong leadership skills and a solid understanding of clinical administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support the administrative staff in daily tasks

  • Maintain thorough knowledge of clinic procedures and protocols

  • Manage patient records: pulling, filing, scanning, and data entry

  • Handle patient registrations, repeat prescriptions, and address changes

  • Answer incoming calls promptly and manage email correspondence

  • Oversee incoming and outgoing mail

  • Prepare and maintain consulting rooms and clinic areas

  • Ensure adequate stock of supplies and patient information materials

  • Handle client payments and maintain financial confidentiality

  • Provide cover during staff holidays and support colleagues as needed

  • Assist with stock management and occasional patient pick-up duties

  • Ensure clinic security by monitoring access points and alarms

  • Uphold patient confidentiality and data protection policies at all times
