We are currently recruiting for a Health-Care Assistant to work within a respectable special needs school based in North West London. This SEN school support pupils aged 3-11 with complex and profound multiple learning difficulties, assisting them with day-to-day activities and ensuring each pupil can unlock their full potential.
Responsibilities:
- Effective communication skills, able to meet the diverse needs of each individual
- Ensure safeguarding/health and safety policies of the school are met
- Assist with personal care as and when needed
- Supporting 1:1 with students, ensuring a personalised approach to learning support
