- Experienced HR Professional required

- own the whole recruitment process
- carry out all pre-employment checks relating to education onboarding
- create and manage all HR paperwork- e.g. contracts
- oversee the probation and appraisal process with department heads
- HRIS record keeping
- manage holiday and sickness records
- support all ER procedures
- deliver initial ER guidance for colleagues
- has a minimum of three years’ experience in a similar role
- possesses strong UK HR Law experience including ER
- is an excellent communicator with great attention to detail
- is CIPD Level 3 qualified or has relevant experience
