A leading training provider is seeking an experienced HR professional to join them as part of a high performing HR team.  This is a client that FIND has worked with for a long time and is proud to represent.To reflect the growth they are experiencing at the moment, this new role will work closely with the HR Manager and will co-ordinate all areas of the HR Function.  This is an outstanding role to develop an HR career further.This is an onsite role, Monday to Friday- salary for this position is up to £27,000.Please note hybrid working and sponsorship is NOT available for this role.Duties include- 
  • own the whole recruitment process
  • carry out all pre-employment checks relating to education onboarding
  • create and manage all HR paperwork- e.g. contracts
  • oversee the probation and appraisal process with department heads
  • HRIS record keeping
  • manage holiday and sickness records
  • support all ER procedures
  • deliver initial ER guidance for colleagues
The ideal candidate for this role- 
  • has a minimum of three years’ experience in a similar role
  • possesses strong UK HR Law experience including ER
  • is an excellent communicator with great attention to detail
  • is CIPD Level 3 qualified or has relevant experience
