- Contract Type: Temp To Perm
- Salary: £30-£35K (depending on experience)

Your Role:
As an IT Systems Administrator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our systems and infrastructure. You'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of IT systems, ensuring everything runs smoothly for our contact centre operations. Expect a variety of challenges and opportunities to develop new skills!
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the IT and office systems within the company.
- Oversee the maintenance, support, and upgrades of our technical infrastructure, including file servers, desktops, and telephony systems.
- Provide support for MS Exchange and SQL databases.
- Ensure compliance with ISMS Committee requirements for company accreditations, including ISO 27001:2013.
- Collaborate with a small team to achieve IT goals within set deadlines.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant system management experience.
- Strong commercial awareness.
- Previous experience in a call or contact centre is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Fluency in English and UK-based experience are essential.
Technical Skills Required:
- Proficiency in MS Windows Server 2016, MS Exchange Server 2016, and MS SQL Server.
- Experience with VMWare, Hyper-V, and virtualized server environments.
- Familiarity with Mitel phone systems and network infrastructure.
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
