Sugarman Education are currently working alongside a fantastic school in Edgwarewho are in need of a Behavioural support assistant to work alongside a number of pupils in KS3

The role:
As a Behaviour Support Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the emotional and behavioural needs of the students. Working closely with the teaching team, you will help create a positive learning environment by:
- Providing 1:1 and small group support to students with SEMH needs.
- Implementing behaviour management strategies tailored to individual students.
- Supporting students in building positive relationships and coping mechanisms.
- Assisting in the development of personalised support plans.
- Working collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and parents to ensure student progress.
