Some of your duties will include:

- Overseeing all air export and import administration operational tasks

- Overseeing customer order requests efficiently and setting up details on computer system

- Managing all types of customs paperwork for both import and export shipments

- Working closely with the Warehouse and Transport Departments to co-ordinate the despatch of orders

- Ensuring financial processes are followed and raising client invoices prior to despatch

- Pro-actively promoting and demonstrating excellent customer service at all times
